SIP to Equip Municipalities With L4.8 Billion in Machinery

The Public Works Secretariat (SIP) is buying machinery and equipment worth L4.8 billion (about $178 million) to boost municipalities' road-maintenance capacity nationwide, including GPS systems, maintenance guarantees, and operator training for tertiary road networks.
