Tegucigalpa Water Authority: Tanker Deliveries Are Free

UMAPS said it does not charge for potable water delivered by its tanker trucks during the ongoing shortage in Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela, and urged residents to report anyone demanding unauthorized payment.
