Renewable-Energy Group Seeks Reforms to Cut Import Costs

Eduardo Bennaton, president of Honduras's renewable-energy association, says rising electricity tariffs stem from reliance on imported inputs, and he is pressing lawmakers to pass reforms that would draw renewable investment and bring energy independence to Honduras.
