A payroll review found that at least seven officials with family or close ties to BANADESA president Héctor Vidal Cerrato Zelaya were recently hired into key posts, earning a combined 462,316 lempiras (about $18,500) a month, drawing nepotism allegations as farmers complain about access to financing.
