Nearly four years after a September 2022 landslide destroyed the La Guillén neighborhood in Tegucigalpa, dozens of families remain without permanent housing, as a planned replacement complex, Villa Solidaridad, is only 23% complete with L32.8 million of a projected L117–140 million budget spent.
