Complaint Against Former Electoral Official Heads to Trial

A complaint filed by CNE councillor Cossette López against her former colleague Marlon Ochoa, who was recently removed from office, has moved to a trial court in Tegucigalpa now that he no longer holds public office, clearing the way for ordinary procedures to replace the special rules that protect sitting officials.
