Supreme Court Upholds Ciudad del Ángel Damages Ruling

Honduras's Supreme Court has finalized a ruling ordering the city government, the environment ministry, and the contractor to pay about L280 million (roughly $11.2 million) to 54 families who lost their homes to ground failures in the Ciudad del Ángel housing project more than 13 years ago.
