Ángel Alexis Palma, 36, a San Pedro Sula native who owned a tire-repair shop in Tegucigalpa, died Thursday when his motorcycle plunged off a cliff into the Choluteca River near the IHSS building in the capital; the cause of the crash remains unclear.
