Rights Group Warns Honduras Self-Defense Bill Could Spur Violence

The head of CODEH, a Honduran human rights group, said a bill expanding self-defense law to allow lethal force against home intruders could be abused and hand citizens a "blank check" to kill in a society already plagued by violence and crime.
