Sairy Portillo Betancour, 51, a Honduran who had recently returned from the United States, died of third-degree burns over 99 percent of his body after his motorcycle collided with a bus and caught fire Thursday in San Pedro Sula's Barandillas neighborhood, at an intersection with no visible traffic sign.
