Tegucigalpa Builds Shelter for Domestic-Violence Survivors

The capital's municipal government and the Women's Ministry are building a 30-million-lempira shelter in Cerro Grande to house women and children fleeing domestic violence and provide medical, psychological, and legal services, with construction now more than half complete.
